Gig `Em

Gig `Em is a 24 year old quarter horse. He belongs to Genna's daughter, but is used as a beginner to intermediate school horse. Gig 'Em is 14.2 h.h., and is everybody's sweetheart. He has been used in the past for dressage, jumping, barrel racing, hunters and eventing. He will take care of you and enable you to work on yourself and not worry about the horse! Gig `Em Aggies!!

Sahn

Sahn is a 9 year old Haflinger X Quarter Horse. He is 14.3 h.h" and has a very cheeky personality. He can be used for a confident beginner or advanced rider. He has been shown by Genna in dressage, hunters and eventing. He loves to jump and likes to canter! He is a little strong so he requires a confident rider. His show name is "Don't Fence Me In". He is owned by one of the DRTA boarders and we are grateful for being able to use him!

Laredo

Laredo is a 4 year old Palomino Quarter horse. He is 15.1 h.h" and is the baby of the bunch! Laredo was broken and started by Genna and is her personal proud project. Laredo is a very comfortable quiet baby, but can occasionally get excited when it is chilly! He is best used for the confident beginner novice rider and is a good school horse for those who want to really work in their lessons. He loves to jump and has a beautiful canter depart. He is currently being shown beginner novice eventing and green hunters. His nickname is "Potatoe Head" or "Tater Tot". Laredo is owned by one of the DRTA borders and we are grateful for being able to use him.

Taxxy

Taxxy is a 14 year old Arabian Gelding. He is 14.3 h.h" and is favorably known as "Mr. Fancy Pants". This nickname should tell you everything! He is super sweet, very elegant and rides like a dream. He stays collected even for the beginner! He has a very nice canter and beautiful canter depart. He knows his lead changes and is jumping up to 2'3". He is used for beginner/beginner novice eventing, dressage and went to his first hunter/jumper shows this past fall. Taxxy belongs to DRTA.

Jubal

Jubal is a 10 year old Arabian Gelding. He is 14.2 h.h" and is our "sensitive" pony. Jubal is for beginner novice to advanced riders and has been shown green as grass and beginner novice eventing. He was also shown in a recent hunter/jumper series in green hunter. Jubal is a flashy guy with automatic lead changes, excellent canter departs and a kind heart. He is lovingly known as "Sparkle Dust" in the show ring. Jubal belongs to one of the DRTA boarders and we are grateful for being able to use him!

Smitty

Smitty is a 10 year old quarter horse gelding. Smitty is a solid "show you how to do it" kind of horse! He has been shown to novice eventing and schools training level eventing. He is kind enough to carry the beginner, and knowledgeable enough to carry the advanced. Smitty 's show name is "Features Flying Fool". Smitty belongs to Genna, DRTA's trainer and owner.

Samson

Samson is a fabulous 10 year old Percheron X Morgan. Samson is 16.0 h.h" and is our very gentle giant. Samson is used mainly for flatwork and for building your muscles! Sammy is an excellent horse on the ground and will take care of you on his back. He is affectionately known as "Gentle Man Sam". This should tell you everything! Samson is owned by one of the DRTA boarders and we are grateful for being able to use him!

Gracie

Gracie is a sweet 11 year old paint mare. Gracie is 14.2 h.h" and loves kids. Under saddle she is for advanced riders only as she is still a little green. She has to be pushed a little, but likes to jump and will make you ride rather than be a passenger. Gracie belongs to DRTA.

Porsche

Porsche is a fabulous 7 year old Trakhener X Hanoverian Mare. She is 16.2 h.h" and is very affectionate. She is an excellent dressage horse and can be used for some confident beginners up to advanced. She has been shown training dressage and has schooled first level. Porsche is on vacation as she has been bred and will be the first baby born at DRTA! Porsche belongs to a DRTA boarder and we are very grateful to be able to use her!
